Lonicera tatarica - Tatarian Honeysuckle
 Opposite, simple, ovate leaves around 2 inches, very short petiole.
 
Foliage bluish green.
 
Very small flattend buds are appressed.
 The leaf rolls or curls at the base.
 
  Can be extremely invasive.
 Aphids are a common insect causing problems for this plant.
 
  The picture to the left displays a shepards crook which is a sign of a fungus killing terminal leaders and tissue causing the tip of the branch to curl down.  Related to the shape of a shepards staff.
